All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 14 days after purchase.

This time allows us to ensure each waist trainer is checked, packaged, and prepared with care.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times (after shipment):

• UK: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• US & Canada: 5–10 business days

• Africa: 7–14 business days

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or customs

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on waist trainers or any intimate products.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at dedicatedtomarsteam@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item received, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Please note: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
